Shipping
All
orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent
upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by SenTech
EAS Corporation Credit and Fraud Protection Department. Most orders
are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. All
orders are shipped as requested by the customer, and when available,
the tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your
product ships. We don't ship to APO"s or POB"s or to hotels. No
orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the
event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone
or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice
and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another
item, or cancel your order. Our site automatically computes shipping
charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket, and
upon checkout will prompt you to choose the method of delivery you
wish. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery
time. We need time to process and assemble your order before we
actually ship it, choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order
will be delivered the day after you place your order online.
Special
Handling
Orders
requiring Rush Delivery and/or Special Handling will be subject
to additional special handling charges. When we receive an order
requiring special handling we will inform you by email. If you would
like to request special handling or rush delivery please email our
customer service department or call to speak to a SenTech EAS Corporation
representative. Our toll free number is 800-331-4675.
To
find out how much your order will cost to ship. You can simply proceed
with your order, add all the items you wish to purchase to the shopping
cart on that screen you will see a pull down menu displaying all
the different Shipping options available for your order. Shipping
charges will be computed automatically.
Canceling
an order before checking out
You
can cancel the order process at any time by clicking on the Shopping
Cart button and deleting each item from your shopping cart.
Product
Returns
Each
product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty
is included with the product or available by contacting the manufacturer.
The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective
parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items, SenTech
EAS Corporation offers an exclusive 10-day exchange/refund policy
to online/mail order customers only. Units that have been installed,
scratched, or abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit.
If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for
exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within
10 days, subject to a return authorization from SenTech EAS Corporation.
All
returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, if the condition of
goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and in mint condition
we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee.
For
an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) call Customer Service
at 800-331-4675. All Returns require an authorization number. Please
note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All
returns are subject to inspection.
All
exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition,
including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty
cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or
write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for
replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on
contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack
the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material,
and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service
clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
Any
merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please
ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you
use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or
freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange
or return without authorization.
Typographical
Errors
SenTech
EAS Corporation's credo is truth in advertising, and we aspire to
publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However
on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed
at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical
error or error in pricing or product information received from our
suppliers, SenTech EAS Corporation shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect
price. SenTech EAS Corporation shall have the right to refuse or
cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed
and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been
charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SenTech EAS
Corporation shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the charge.

the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline
your order for any reason. Orders placed online utilizing promotional
offers by coupons are directed exclusively to the recipients and
are non-transferable. In an event a coupon is misused in this manner,
SenTech EAS Corporation reserves the right to cancel such order
without prior notice. SenTech EAS Corporation reserves the right
at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to
you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All
orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment,
as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We
may require additional verifications or information before accepting
any order. SenTech EAS Corporation is a reseller to Retail customers, Security dealers, exporters, wholesalers,

Taxes
SenTech
EAS Corporation shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable
sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the states
of Florida and California. Each customer shall be solely responsible
for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other
state.

requests for technical service and support should be made directly
SenTech EAS Corporation or to the manufacturer in accordance with
their terms and conditions. SenTech EAS Corporation will provide
on-line technical information on most products as well as links
to the technical support departments of the manufacturers where
